AirAsia is ready to launch its latest route which is daily direct flights from Bangkok to Siem Reap. The city will be the sixth stop in Indochina for AirAsia once it begins on 1 October, 2013, following after Yangon, Mandalay, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Phnom Penh.
Mr. Santisuk Klongchaiya, Director of Commercial for Thai AirAsia, pointed out that “Siem Reap is a dream destination. It’s the location of Angkor Wat, which is both a beautiful World Wonder and a World Heritage Site. With our opening promotion, everyone can have a once in a lifetime experience at Siem Reap”.
